Refunds and Exchanges

We will provide refunds or exchanges for any new, unopened items within 7 business days of delivery. You are responsible for all shipping costs and your refund or exchange credit will be processed upon receipt of the returned package, contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

You MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER14 days will NOT be refunded, only credited minus the 15% restocking fee. After 14 business days, we will give store credit only, for new, unaltered and unused condition items returned to us up to 30 days of purchase. As The Bead Turns will not refund money, give credit, or exchange items that have been partially used (i.e. partial tubes of beads, strands of semi-precious beads that have stones missing, used wire spool, etc.)

After 30 calendar days from purchase no returns, exchanges, or credits are allowed.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you have received a damaged item or need to return an item due to our error, As The Bead Turns will pay the return shipping costs and assume responsibility for sending you the correct item at our expense. Missing or defective item claims must be reported within 7 days of your received order. Shipping charges, clearance, and discontinued items are NOT refundable.
